Article 2. Offers/agreements

2.1 All offers from Outlet-heek.com are without obligation and Amazom-sale.eu expressly reserves the right to change prices, in particular when required by (statutory) regulations. See also article 3.6.
2.2 An agreement is only established after acceptance of your order by Outlet-heek.com.  Outlet-heek.com is entitled to refuse orders or certain conditions to the delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, Outlet-heek.com will inform within ten (10) working days after receipt of the order.

Article 3. Prices and payments

3.1 The prices stated for the products and services offered are in euros, including VAT and excluding handling and shipping costs, any taxes or other levies, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.
3.2 Payment shall be made without discount or compensation within fourteen (14) days after the invoice date in the case of deliveries within the Netherlands, and within twenty-one (21) days after the invoice date in the case of deliveries outside the Netherlands, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Payment may be made by giro, in advance or upon receipt (cash on delivery). For payment by bank or giro the date of payment is the date of crediting the giro or bank account of Outlet-heek.de/Handelsonderneming ETW.
3.4 If the term of payment is exceeded, you are in default from the day that payment should have taken place and from that day onwards you will owe default interest of 1% per month or part of a month on the outstanding amount. If payment takes place after a reminder by Outlet-heek.com you will owe an amount of twenty-five euros (� 25.00) for administration costs and if Outlet-heek.de outsources its claim for collection, you will also have to pay the collection costs, which are at least fifteen percent (15%) of the outstanding amount, without prejudice to the right of Outlet-heek.de to instead claim the actual extrajudicial collection costs incurred.
3.5 If you default on any payment, Outlet-heek.de is entitled to suspend or dissolve (the execution of) the relevant agreement and related agreements.
3.6 If prices for the products and services offered increase in the period between the order and its implementation, you are entitled to cancel the order or dissolve the agreement within ten (10) days after notice of the price increase by Outlet-heek.com.

Article 4. Delivery

4.1 The delivery times given by Outlet-heek.com are indicative only. Exceedance of any delivery does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel your order or dissolve the agreement, unless the delay in delivery is such that you can not reasonably be required to maintain the agreement. In that case, you are entitled to cancel the order or dissolve the agreement to the extent necessary. When an article is going to be delivered later, you will receive an e-mail about this.
4.2 The delivery of the products takes place at the place and time when the products are ready for shipment to you. It is also important to mention that payments must be clear on our bank account! Please note e.g. Ideal payments are not immediately visible can sometimes take 4 to 5 working days!

Article 5. Ownership

5.1 Ownership of delivered products is only transferred if you have complied with all you owe under any agreement to Outlet-heek.com. The risk in respect of the products passes to you at the time of delivery.

Article 6. Intellectual and industrial property rights

6.1 You must respect all intellectual and industrial property rights vested in the products supplied by Amazom-sale.eu unconditionally.
6.2 Outlet-heek.de does not guarantee that the products supplied to you do not infringe any (unwritten) intellectual and / or industrial property rights of third parties.

Article 7. Complaints, returns and liability

7.1 You have the obligation to examine upon delivery whether the products meet the agreement. If this is not the case, you must inform Outlet-heek.de as soon as possible and in any case within seven (7) working days after delivery, at least after observation was reasonably possible, in writing / by e-mail and motivated.
7.2 If it is demonstrated that the products do not comply with the agreement, Outlet-heek.com has the choice of replacing the relevant products with new products or refunding the invoice value.
7.3 If for any reason you do not wish to purchase a product, you have the right to return the product to Outlet-heek.com within seven (8) working days after delivery. Returns in this case are only accepted if the packaging of the product is undamaged, which also applies that the cost of returns are at your expense.

7.4 Returns of products where demonstrably nothing defective and delivered as described in the advertisement can be returned, however, there will be handling costs charged!

Article 8. Warranty

8.1 If Outlet-heek.com delivers products to the customer, company name is never held to a more extensive warranty to the customer than what company name can claim against its supplier. The warranty period will always be clearly indicated on the invoice.
Complaints for externally visible defects must be submitted in writing in accordance with the contract terms, but no later than 24 hours after receipt of the goods by the client. For consumers, a 30 (thirty) day exchange guarantee applies. Complaints received by Outlet-heek.de after the expiry of this period need not be dealt with by Outlet-heek.de.

Article 9. Orders/communication

9.1 For misunderstandings, mutilation, delays or improper transmission of orders and messages resulting from the use of Internet or other communication between you and Outlet-heek.com, or between Outlet-heek.com and third parties, as it relates to the relationship between you and Amazom-sale.eu, Outlet-heek.de is not liable, unless and insofar as there may be intent or gross negligence of outlet-heek.com.

Article 10. Force majeure

10.1 Without prejudice to its other rights, has Outlet-heek.com in case of force majeure the right, at its option, the execution of your order to suspend or terminate the contract without judicial intervention, by informing you in writing and without Amazom-sale.eu liable for any compensation, unless in the circumstances to standards of reasonableness and fairness would be unacceptable.
10.2 Force majeure is defined as any failure which cannot be attributed to outlet-heek.com, because it cannot be blamed and is not accountable for by virtue of the law, legal action or generally accepted standards.

Article 11. Miscellaneous

11.1 If you provide an address in writing to Outlet-heek.com, company name is entitled to send all orders to that address, unless you provide in writing to Outlet-heek.com another address to which orders must be sent.
11.2 When deviations from these conditions are allowed by Outlet-heek.com for a short or longer period, whether tacitly or not, does not affect its right to demand direct and strict compliance with these conditions. You can never assert any right on the basis that Outlet-heek.com applies these conditions leniently.
11.3 If one or more of the provisions of these conditions or any other agreement with Outlet-heek.com in conflict with any applicable legal provision, the provision will cease to apply and will be replaced by a new lawful similar provision to be determined by Outlet-heek.com.
11.4 Outlet-heek.com is authorised to use third parties in the execution of your order(s).

Article 12. Applicable law and competent court

12.1 Dutch law applies exclusively to all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Conditions apply, as well as to these Conditions.
12.2 All disputes between the parties shall exclusively be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

ATTENTION (RETURN)

1) Door hardware is custom ordered for you, which is why all sizes and photos are included with each product so you can see exactly what you are buying! These custom ordered items will therefore not be taken back!!!

2) All sizes of the products are listed in each advertisement, so please measure before purchasing because that is knowing!!! If items are returned because they do not fit or suddenly do not agree in terms of size despite the many photos, handling costs will be charged!

3) Likewise, products purchased that have been altered in accordance with your wishes will not be returned!

4) Please pay attention to good thick packing in case of damage because we cannot pay the return price, tip: insure your product during return, then NOTHING can go wrong! DO SO!
