DOOR FITTINGS & RETURNS

1) Door hardware is custom ordered for you or put together in parts, which is why all sizes and photos are included with each product so that you can see what you are buying and so you can measure it before you buy! These custom-made articles or composed sets will therefore not be taken back! Please do not order 10 sets e.g. but one first to try on. Send us an e-mail first so we can check whether it will fit!

2) All sizes of the products are mentioned in every advertisement, so measure before buying because that is knowing! If items are returned because they do not fit, a handling fee of at least 10% will be charged! Nothing will be taken back based on matching, we don't do that, then better look at the pictures which speak for themselves + read the texts please!

3) Likewise, products purchased that have been changed or adapted in consultation with you will not be taken back!

4) With every product the delivery quantity is stated, so what is stated there is what you should receive, report immediately (within 24 hours) if this has not been the case!!!

5) Items you return must be returned within 14 days of purchase in the same condition, indicate reason for return, insure your package for security!!! items that arrive later will not be processed !!!

6) Return items must match order number and name + state reason for return and don't forget to send your bank reconciliation along, otherwise we can't do anything !!!

7) Attention: Send your products back under insurance, then you will be compensated when the product has been handled carelessly during transport, do not underestimate this because it happens a lot unfortunately. People don't take parcels very seriously sometimes. So: insure during transport if possible!  Fragile items cannot be returned to us after they have been collected in good condition because stone statues, for example, get damaged during transport, such as hairline cracks.

8) We can send fragile statues and articles, but preferably not, because a stone statue will be damaged during transport by delivery services. The only methods that can be used are on pallets, but this comes at a price. These items will therefore NOT be taken back!

9) PLEASE NOTE: THE RETURN PACKAGE MUST ALWAYS HAVE 2 STICKERS WITH SENDER AND ORDER NUMBER ON IT, ONLY THEN CAN WE FINISH QUICKLY! THE ITEMS MUST ALSO BE CAREFULLY REPACKED FOR RETURN, PACKAGES THAT COME TO US AS A RATTLE BOX BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT BEEN CAREFULLY REPACKED, AND THEREFORE THE CONTENTS ARE USUALLY HEAVILY DAMAGED, THESE PACKAGES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AT ALL!!! WHY 2 STICKERS: THE SHIPPING COMPANY TOO OFTEN STICKS ITS OWN SHIPPING STICKER OVER THE SENDER AND WE CANNOT SEE WHO THE PARCEL COMES FROM IN THE COLLECTION ROOM RETURN.
